Tribal Nation Consulting
Your Nation doesn't need another consultant with a briefcase full of frameworks built for Fortune 500 boardrooms. You need someone who's been in the room.
Every engagement is built for your Nation. Not templated from someone else's.
Moving Tribal leadership from long-overdue conversations into real, implemented plans. Strategic retreats, Council facilitation, mission and values alignment, and change management support.
Practical skills that immediately change how your team communicates, decides, and leads together. Emotionally intelligent leadership, accountability without toxicity, coaching vs. managing.
Engaged employees bring their best. We help you build a culture people want to be part of — reducing burnout, improving collaboration, building trust across teams.
Tribal citizens, patients, students, guests — people remember how your organization makes them feel. We help you make that feeling worth remembering.
AI should work with your teams — not threaten your identity. We help leaders adopt AI on their own terms, protecting culture and community in the process.

I'm a proud Otoe-Missouria with Cherokee heritage. I grew up in rural Oklahoma. I served in the U.S. Navy. I've sat with tribal councils and boards, C-suites, Tribal Executives, casino floors, every branch and department of tribal government, and in clinic hallways.

If you want straight talk, practical tools, and someone who actually understands your world — let's talk.
Technology, systems, policy, and growth should strengthen people — not disconnect them from purpose, culture, or community. Every engagement we lead is built on that single idea.

Everyone indicated they learned something about themselves and were going to make adjustments to be more successful. There will be significant change in this organization.
